Med spa memberships in Marietta, GA

Medically reviewed by Dr. Nokuthula Msimanga, MD — Medical Director · Last reviewed September 1, 2026

Laser hair removal memberships at Majspa run from $39 a month for two small areas to $200 a month for full body and run on a twelve-month term that ends — not an open-ended subscription. Five tiers are priced by treatment area, each one including smaller areas alongside the headline one, and every membership takes 25% off medical-grade skincare. Complete the twelve months and the plan drops to a reduced maintenance rate set by your tier, from $16 a month. If you are treating a single area, a prepaid series of 6 is cheaper and we will say so; the membership is built for two areas or more.

Monthly memberships at Majspa Medspa & Aesthetics in Marietta — physician-led, on the triple-wavelength Alma Soprano Titanium, and open to clients across East Cobb, Kennesaw, Vinings, Sandy Springs and Roswell.

Laser hair removal memberships

Five tiers, priced by the largest area you want treated. Each tier includes smaller areas alongside it, which is where the value sits — the membership is designed for people treating more than one area. All treatments are on the triple-wavelength Alma Soprano Titanium, FDA-cleared for Fitzpatrick skin types I through VI.

Maintenance rates after the first twelve months

Finish the term and the plan drops to the maintenance rate for your tier — roughly 40% of the membership price, covering the two or three touch-up sessions a year most people want once a course is complete. The rate is held for as long as you stay on it.

What every membership includes

Alongside the treatment areas in your tier:

  • 25% off medical-grade skincare. The whole retail shelf — Revision Skincare®, ALMA CBD+ and the rest — for as long as your membership is active, maintenance months included.
  • Treatment on the Alma Soprano Titanium, triple-wavelength and FDA-cleared for Fitzpatrick skin types I through VI.
  • A physician-led plan. Your areas, cadence and session count are set at consultation rather than sold off a menu.

The skincare discount is worth having rather than decorative: aftercare products do most of the work between laser sessions, and a client on a course is buying them anyway.

Which areas fall into which tier

  • Small — upper lip, chin, sideburns, underarms, bikini line, hands, toes, areola, lower abdomen
  • Medium — half legs, chest, abdomen, buttocks, back of neck, beard/jawline, half back
  • Large — full legs, full back, full arms, chest/abdomen
  • Brazilian — the full Brazilian, priced on its own
  • Full body — every area above, head to toe. That includes the face areas, beard/jawline and the full Brazilian — nothing on this page is carved out of it.

Per-session pricing for every area is published on the laser hair removal page if you would rather pay as you go.

Membership or a prepaid series? The honest answer

One area: buy the series. A prepaid series of 6 is discounted and works out cheaper than twelve months of membership for a single area. We would rather tell you that at the consult than sell you the wrong thing.

Two areas or more: the membership wins. Every tier includes smaller areas alongside the headline one, and once you are treating two or more the included treatments come to more than the monthly cost across the year.

Full body is where the membership pulls furthest ahead. A single full-body visit is $699. At $200 a month the membership covers its own cost in about three and a half visits, and a full course of six comes to $2,400 on membership against $4,194 paid visit by visit.

Pay per visit if you want to try it or only ever want one or two. Anything approaching a course, take the membership — and we will tell you which side of that line you are on at the consult.

If you have already prepaid a series and want to add areas, we credit what you have paid toward the membership rather than making you start over.

Why the term ends after twelve months

Laser hair removal is a finite treatment. Most people reach 70–90% reduction in six to eight sessions spaced four to eight weeks apart, and then need only occasional touch-ups. An open-ended monthly plan would keep billing you well past the point where it is doing anything.

So the term is twelve months — long enough for a full course plus touch-ups — and then it drops to a maintenance rate for the two or three sessions a year most people want afterward.

Completing the term is what unlocks that rate. Maintenance runs at roughly 40% of your membership price — $16 a month on Small, $80 on Full body — and is held for as long as you stay on it. Lapse before the twelve months are up and you rejoin later at whatever rates are current.

Cancelling

Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. What happens next depends on whether you have finished the initial term.

Before month twelve, cancelling settles at half of the remaining membership months. That is not a penalty — it is a partial unwind of a discount you have not finished earning, and even after paying it you will have paid less per session than the per-visit price. On Full body, cancelling at month four leaves eight months, so the settlement is $800 and the three sessions you had work out at $533 each against $699 a visit.

After month twelve, maintenance runs month to month. Thirty days’ notice and nothing further to pay.

No settlement is charged at all if you cancel because of death, permanent disability, a move beyond a reasonable distance from the studio, or a medical reason that arises after you join and makes laser treatment unsuitable for you.

Other memberships

Memberships and prepaid packages are both available across injectables and skin treatments, and which one saves more depends on the treatment and how often you come in. Laser hair removal is the one with published tiers because the course length is predictable; for Botox, Hydrafacial and skin programs, regulars on a three to four month cycle usually do better on a membership than a package. Pricing for those is set at your complimentary consultation.

Frequently asked questions

Is a membership cheaper than a series of 6?

Not for a single area — the prepaid series is cheaper and we will tell you so. The membership is built for two or more areas, where the included treatments add up to more than the monthly cost over the year.

Does the membership run forever?

The initial term is twelve months, and it does not roll on at full price. Laser hair removal is finite — most people reach 70–90% reduction in six to eight sessions, so an open-ended subscription would be charging you past the point of usefulness. Complete the full twelve months and it converts to a reduced maintenance rate set by your tier — $16 a month on Small up to $80 on Full body, held for as long as you stay on it. Lapse early and you rejoin at current rates.

What counts as small, medium or large?

Small: upper lip, chin, sideburns, underarms, bikini line, hands, toes, areola, lower abdomen. Medium: half legs, chest, abdomen, buttocks, back of neck, beard/jawline, half back. Large: full legs, full back, full arms, chest/abdomen. The full Brazilian is priced on its own. Full body covers every one of them head to toe, with nothing carved out.

Can I cancel before the twelve months are up?

Yes, with 30 days’ notice. Cancelling before month twelve settles at half of the remaining membership months — a partial unwind of a discount not yet earned, and you will still have paid less per session than the per-visit rate. After month twelve maintenance is month to month with nothing further to pay. No settlement applies for death, permanent disability, relocation beyond a reasonable distance, or a medical reason arising after you join that makes treatment unsuitable.

What else does a membership include?

25% off medical-grade skincare on the retail shelf — Revision Skincare®, ALMA CBD+ and the rest — for as long as the membership is active, including while you are on the maintenance rate.

Do you offer Botox or skin memberships?

Yes. Memberships and prepaid packages are both available across injectables and skin treatments. Laser hair removal is the one with published tiers because the course length is predictable; pricing for the others is set at your complimentary consultation.

Can I switch from a prepaid series to a membership?

Yes. We credit what you have already paid toward the membership rather than asking you to start again.

Which locations do memberships cover?

All treatments take place at our Marietta studio at 1401 Johnson Ferry Rd, Suite 100A — serving East Cobb, Kennesaw, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, Vinings, Canton, Powder Springs and Austell.
